Super friendly staff, quick service, and i felt like i was in good hands the whole time. I just bought a used 2014 grand cherokee and worked with adrian. I sent him many options at different price points was in good hands the whole time. I just bought a used 2014 grand cherokee and worked with adrian. I sent him many options at different price points but looked at the cherokee first as he told us it drove better than the more expensive vehicles i wanted to look at which immediately gave me a lot of respect for him and comfort in working with them. The car drove great, and my only issue was that we had agreed on a price with a 3 year comprehensive bumper to bumper warranty and the final finance person tried to switch it out to a powertrain warranty. We ended up with a 2 year instead of 3 year comprehensive bumper to bumper. When i picked the car up on the way home the check engine light came on, but i called adrian and went back the next day. They replaced the faulty thermostat at no charge. I would definitely buy from them again, but do fight for your warranty. More
