I have never written a review before because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but I think it's time to share my experience with this dealership. I bought my 2019 Jeep Compass (only leased be give people the benefit of the doubt but I think it's time to share my experience with this dealership. I bought my 2019 Jeep Compass (only leased before buying) at the end of January 2022 and since then I have been back to the dealership 4 times (going to be 5 soon). Every problem I have experienced since purchasing, back light cover missing, had to go back for them to make a spare key, my radio has completely xxxx the bed (photos below), and had to purchase 4 new tires this month. I am super disappointed with my experience, the service department has let me down multiple times now. I've been trying to get my radio fixed since spring now. The lack of communication from the services department is astonishing to me. I've reaching out many times for updates and sometimes I go without getting any replies from them. I went in back in May for my radio to be looked at AGAIN and at the end of that appointment they told me they would order me a new radio. Months go by and I hear nothing from them. I finally reach out again and they tell me the radio was never ordered. WHY. Now fast forward to this month and they told me they express shipped the radio (they told me no later then on week) and here I am again texting and and calling and getting zero answers. Overall just a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and pick a different Jeep location. More

Nice people to deal with, and I get it's a used truck, but when you tell someone that your service department went thru the vehicle they should actually do it, I have owned the truck for 3 weeks now and n but when you tell someone that your service department went thru the vehicle they should actually do it, I have owned the truck for 3 weeks now and noticed a shake in the rear between 55 and 65 mph so I had the tires balanced and that seemed to fix that problem, Next was a squealing from the rear brakes and I had to change the rear brake pads. and third is the back up camera that works 50% of the time, and yes I get I have a 60 day warrantee but my time is very scarce due to the hours I work. Do a better job guys. More

2.5 hours for an oil change, greasy fingerprints on both sunvisors and the headliner, and car left in the back of the lot instead of returned to the service area.
