Even though I went if for a recall, I did appreciate them looking into other potential issues, more specifically, the intake manifold issue Ram 1500's are synonymous for. Just wished they provided more deta looking into other potential issues, more specifically, the intake manifold issue Ram 1500's are synonymous for. Just wished they provided more detail other than a potential $2,700 repair price without know how many bolts may be broken or how long it would take which is rather ridiculous considering they have actual estimated times for how long each specific job should take. If they simply noted, "hey, X bolts are broken and each bolt take typically Y hours to repair at a rate of Z $ per hour", I may have considered them taking care of it. Unlikely that's going to happen considering they're asking for a blank check to move forward. More
