Purchased a used car for my son from this dealership. There has been nothing but problems. When purchased, we asked for the inspection report and any of the repairs made prior to putting on the lot for There has been nothing but problems. I called the service department numerous times. I went there in person to see the service manager.at KIA and he told me he emailed it to me. Never received it. He went to find the paper copy but the person who holds them was out of the office. Total misrepresentation. Come to find out that the car has severe rust issues under the car. The brake pads were replaced but the rooters were were rusted as well. I am so incredibly disappointed that I put my trust into this dealership. I will never go back again. More
