When I showed up to Danbury Hyundai, my dad (who I brought along for guidance and advice) and I were paired with Carlos. If we don't 'vibe' with someone from the start, my dad has no problem walking out. From the second we sat down with Carlos, it was easy to see that he was extremely personable, and knowledgeable. He knows his stuff! He is down to earth, and we even spoke about both of our future wedding plans. He was willing to work with us, and negotiate. I had an exact car and color in mind, and he made it his priority to find that specific car for me. If we ran into a bump in the road, Carlos worked to iron it out. I never had an issue contacting Carlos. He always responded almost immediately. The most important thing to point out about Carlos, is that he was not pushy in ANY way. I work really hard as a nurse, and I saved to be able to buy this car and call it my own. Carlos made the whole experience smooth, the way it should be. I'll always look back and remember the night I picked up my car in the first snow storm of the year, and the experience we had with Carlos through the shopping process.
