Dealer not honest in terms of a warranty I am writing a follow up review since the dealer's response was inaccurate and I still don't have resolution of my problem despite hours of effort and I am writing a follow up review since the dealer's response was inaccurate and I still don't have resolution of my problem despite hours of effort and being bounced among the dealer, corporate and leasing. The dealer leased a car to a cognitively impaired man who had no idea what he was signing for. At the time, the dealer agreed to revoke a warranty the gentleman had no idea he had signed for. I hold power of attorney. It said that would reduce the lease payment to what he was originally told it would be. Five months later nothing has happened. After many promised callbacks that never occurred, I received a phone number to call Hyundai leasing. The leasing company told me they had no idea what I was talking about a warranty being revoked and referred me back to the dealer. The dealer in turn refers me to the warranty company. What is a person to do? The warranty company did tell me that even if the warranty were revoked it would not reduce the gentleman's monthly payment as the dealer originally told me. Something isn't right here. It shouldn't take hours and hours of effort and still get nowhere. I want the dealer to honor its commitment to give this poor man on life support what it promised me. More

Chris made the experience even more exciting, looked out for a great deal for us ( what we said that we could pay for it) and we weren’t expecting of buying a brand new car, and we thought of buying a used but in good conditions! Instead he got us into a brand new car that we can pay for it! I just can say if you are thinking of a good deal of buying a car I would say Chris got you!! Beyond that, they sold him a warranty he had no idea he was buying and tacked that on to the cost of the lease. Dealership when we discovered the warranty agreed to void it but never returned his money. Have tried on behalf of the impaired gentleman (I have power of attorney) to return my phone calls for over a week and can't get the courtesy of a return callback. Frustrating! More

We went in the next day to see it, and found out the vehicle was actually going to be sent to a wholesaler. We were truly only interested in that specific car. Carlos went above what we even expected to help coordinate getting the vehicle back to the dealer so we could purchase it. He really was what kept us in this particular deal - yes we did want the car itself, but Carlos had just a great personality and made the whole experience so pleasant. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him. More

He quickly found the car we were looking for (a very specific model), took us on a fun test drive, then made the paperwork process as easy as it has ever been. When we expressed that we wanted to take the car home that day, he made it happen, even though it was late in their day and the "DMV guy" was booked. The sales manager, Brion, was also a pleasure to deal with; he explained things in plain English and didn't try to upsell us anything unnecessary. We left the lot with a full tank of gas and big smiles on our faces. Truly the best car buying experience we have ever had. More
