Amazing car buying experience We were looking for a car, but my husband didn't have time to look, so my daughter and I went together to look. We went to every car dealership in Danbury, spoke to salesmen and saw outrageous prices. We found a great deal online with Hyundai of Danbury and called. Our salesperson was Luis Rondon. He was incredible!!! He found us a better deal than what was online and called and texted us on his own time. His communication with us was unparalleled. Not only was the car ready to test drive when my husband was able to make it to the dealership, it was totally detailed and ready to leave the lot. We purchased a car from him and were driving away in our new car within 2 days from my first contact with him. He also got us a better price for our trade-in car than any other dealership was willing to give us. The finance people were extremely nice and there was absolutely no pressure. The paperwork was quick and painless. He was honest, friendly, understanding and knew exactly what we wanted from price to model. We could never have gotten such a good deal anywhere else. I am not a huge fan of car shopping but this was relatively painless . We went in to the dealership asking for a new car and left buying a pre owned car . Chris explained all the details in depth for us and was very pleasant also . We have not picked up our car yet and will be doing this later this upcoming week but also expect no problems . It took me about 15 mins to get a parking space, when i came to the front door all staff are attending to other customer, i asked the receptionist that im looking for a CPO car, and thats when I met this wonderful, professional sales specialist. His name is Carlos “Larry” Montoya, assisted me right there and went to the transaction smoothly, it took a week to close the deal which i leisurely took to clarify all details i need to know and Carlos has been very patient and accommodating, he even delivered my car to my house which was really nice. All my request has been addreswsed up to the mailing of my owner manual. Carlos really made me see the good side of sales people and I really appreciate his efforts, promptness and professionalism. Chris Keefe made that whole process so easy and pleasant. When I went back this week to discuss buying my car, I asked to work with him. Once again, he made it an easy exchange. He took the time to work the numbers with me to come up with the best deal. And he's always so friendly and accessible. I then went to Fred in finance, who was lovely. I was struggling to understand how I could be getting such a good deal. He sat and explained it to me until he was sure I didn't have a trace of confusion left on my face (which took longer than I'd like to admit), but I left fully understanding the process. I compliment his patience. I'm not a car person, and I've never financed a vehicle before, so its really nice not to be made to feel like an idiot at a dealership. I couldn't be happier with the service, and the outcome. More

As an example we thought we wanted the G90 but also liked the look and smallersizeof the G80; accordingly even though we had taken a long test ride in the 90 he took us outing the 80 to show the difference. Rather he let the driving experience show the difference. He has subsequently been extremely helpful with questions that have arisen post delivery. We are also pleased with the dealership for being accommodating in letting us have dealer plates so we could take immediate possession of the car. Further we were satisfied with the financial terms. All in all a very satisfying experience. More
