Mr. Fischer, we are very sorry to have disappointed you. I spoke with the service team regarding your tires. Their concern was that, because your tires were larger than specified for the vehicle, that they would cause issues with the Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors and we could not guarantee that they would work properly. It was not a question of the technician's abilities. Regarding your sideview mirror, we apologize for the miscommunication between our sales and service departments. As of now, the mirror is ready to be installed and, per your discussion with Frank, he will arrange for a loaner vehicle while this is done. I've asked Frank to contact you to set up this appointment. We are sorry that this has been so frustrating for you but are sure that we can have everything accomplished for you in the next week.
