Just a Nightmare I purchased a certified pre owned Hyundai Elantra from this establishment a year ago and since the day I drove off of the lot I have had problem after I purchased a certified pre owned Hyundai Elantra from this establishment a year ago and since the day I drove off of the lot I have had problem after problem. I was told when I purchased the car that it was thoroughly inspected. 5 minutes after pulling out of the dealership my husband who was driving behind me noticed my break lights were out. When I arrived home I noticed my fog lights were out as well. Two months later when I took the car for an oil change I was told that my front breaks and rotors were rotted out and that my rear ones were on their way as well. I contacted their sister dealership in Stamford as it is closer to me and after going back and forth the fixed the front but not the rear. Fast forward a few months later I ended up spending almost $500 on rear breaks as they completely gave out when I was out of town. Not to mention that the shocks and struts were never changed and because of the breaks and struts being in such bad condition I also need a new set of tires. All of this seems like too much to go wrong in a year of owning a vehicle that is CPO. I will never purchase from here again. More

While looking on the Danbury Auto Grp. web site i found a vehicle i thought i wanted. I called the number to find out if it was still available. " Hello Chris Keefe speaking" right away he made feel comfortable enough to make an appointment. I met Chris the next day i saw that he was busy with a customer , well he didn't make me wait like most dealers. Excusing him self, he let me know that someone was looking at the vehicle and in stead of waiting referred me to the Chrysler dealership to look at the other vehicles i had on my list. Another great welcome. Not finding what i wanted, in the price range i was looking for, back on-line i went. I found two vehicles. The next day i went back to see Chris. Again, so i wasn't waiting to test drive, he got one of his associates to assist. i went home undecided. Came back the next day and after a another test drive decided on a 2016 Veloster put a down payment and thought i was done. On the day i was suppose to pick it up, i saw a better deal that had all the bells and whistles i wanted in NJ. Well that didn't work out. Checking out the web site again, an awesome Blue Veloster fully loaded was posted. i did not hesitate this time. Called Chris, and told him put me in this vehicle, to make it happen. My luck another vehicle with a deposit. "Chris can i wait to see if that deal doesn't happen." he assured me no problem. Long story short.... i am the current owner of a 2016 Hyundai Azul Blue Turbo Veloster with all the extras at a great price...... Thanks to Chris Keefe, his associates and the great people at Danbury Hyundai. Ahhh-Mazing way to finish a deal..... !!!!!! More

AMAZING EXPERIENCE I knew that I wanted another Hyundai Tuscon so I did some research online for dealer stock. I found the model I like and emailed the dealership. I had some correspondence with a salesman, told him I would be in the following day. I made an appointment time with him, He said he would have the car ready. When I arrived, the car was upfront running and heating up for me. The whole experience was amazing! My salesman was extremely thorough and answered EVERY question I had. The whole team there was very attentive. Previously I had a very bad experience at another Hyundai dealership in the NY area. But I love the Tuscon and really wanted another one. Danbury Hyundai righted all that went wrong at the other place. I will HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car! More

He was very knowledgeable about the product models and gave me and my family a thorough introduction to the G-90. Chris was very helpful, not at all pushy and found a workable deal for us to drive home the new car that afternoon. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a Hyundai or a Genesis to ask for Chris and let him assist you in coming up with the right car for your circumstances. When I drove home with the car later in the day my wife commented what a good experience it was buying the car. Chris has followed up the sale with everything that was promised in a timely manner.
