Chris Keefe was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Chris helped me resolve some issues with a previous car purchase that I had made from Danbury Hyundai. Every one I interacted with from Chris to Frank in finance to Priscilla who jumped through just about every hoop possible to get my car registration processed in time for me to leave on vacation after a clerical issue with my town and the DMV slowed things down was beyond amazing. He had it shipped to Danbury Hyundai the next day and took car of everything including financing, insurance and registration. He was not too pushy, very professional and kind. Worst Experience Salesman didn't know features of car (Santa Fe Ultimate). Gave me wrong info on financing and free maintenance. Was supposed to call my insurance company and call me regarding financing. Never heard from him and had to call Sales Manager who also wasn't aware of what was going on. Delivered brand new car with a ding on the door. Luckily I found it before I left dealership otherwise I'm sure I would have been blamed for it. I asked for another car but was given bs stories about how there wasn't anything else available. I agreed to have them fix it and they gave me a loaner (2017 Tucson) while fairly current 2017 wasn't equal to the car I was buying. It was a very basic model with no Nav, no floor mats, basic climate climate control with just hot/cold and cloth seats. Given everything that happened would have thought they would have done better with the loaner. Next, it took them just about a week to fix the ding in the door and get it back to me. Again, given the circumstance would have thought I would have been a priority. Also, in the end they didn't offer me anything for my troubles or the inconvenience. Very disappointing experience. More
