Fermin was great , honest and funny! My mom walked in very angry (at another sales person, Luis) and was in no mood to purchase a car and actually wanted to leave the store. She was so mad that she couldn’t even stay sitting down and I didn’t blame her! My mom angry is a force to be reckoned with so any person who can turn my mom from angry to laughing and joking and in a car-buying mood deserves a raise because that RARELY EVER happens. Also shout out to Frank, the financial person, who was great too and really helped us out and took the time to explain everything to us and kept it honest, which I really like. And kudos to him for sitting there calmly and patiently while we had our own little side conversation/discussion about the best option insurance wise. I used to work in customer service and if it were me, I would have been impatient with us! Hats off to Fermin and Frank for keeping us calm and laughing and making the process of buying a car easy and worth the 1.5hr drive to Danbury! More
