Good dealership, honest and to the point It took us two trips here to close the deal but we are glad we did. The first time no one could be bothered to help us. It was busy there and a salesm It took us two trips here to close the deal but we are glad we did. The first time no one could be bothered to help us. It was busy there and a salesman was trying to work with multiple people at the same time and did not attend to us very well so we walked out. He showed us one car we were interested in and said to look at the back lot for other options and if we saw anything to come find him again. This was really stupid on his part because he lost the sale. A few days later we walked in and Fermin met us and was straight forward and professional from the point of contact. He understood our needs and didn't push anything on us. He honored a truecar price so there was no negotiation or haggle needed. I thought the entire time we would get hit with fees or hidden costs in the finance office and it was the opposite, strictly professional and to the point. We weren't hawked other unnecessary line items to pad their profits, they were great. I have not had that experience in other dealerships before. Usually in those circumstances dealers try to pressure you into things like "Lifetime warranties" and "VIN etching" scams. I am glad we came back a second time when they weren't as busy and it's too bad the first salesman didn't work out. Fermin is hard working and eager, so he got the sale, on a brand new vehicle, in just a few minutes. Thanks for your help. More
