On 12/30/2020 I was at Danbury Hyundai following up on work they had performed on my car. I showed them an issue I’ve been continuing to have since they worked on my car. Al was more than accommodating in work they had performed on my car. I showed them an issue I’ve been continuing to have since they worked on my car. Al was more than accommodating in immediately taking my Santa Fe sport in to look at the issue. I told him I could leave the car and have my boyfriend come pick me up. About 10 minutes later he comes out and explains the issue. He says the service manager wants to see me. The service manager Bill Sabatini Sr. Says he will no longer be servicing my vehicle because of prior service reviews and that I didn’t give him 5 star reviews....he said I was no longer welcome at Danbury Hyundai. I have never had any prior experience with this man and I 100% believe it’s because I mentioned my boyfriend picking me up. He is a is refusing to service my vehicle and correct what they did wrong. He said it’s just a simple turbo adjustment but refused to perform the work. Stay far away from Danbury Hyundai especially the service department. Immediately after I had the run in with the service manager I went to the front and spoke with the sales manager who promised me an owner would call me. Nobody has called me back. More

She purchased a new (demo) car from Danbury and then purchased exact model new, Before You Buy From Danbury Hyundai Facts from my wife's experience. She purchased a new (demo) car from Danbury and then purchased exact model new, NOT A DEMO, 1 model year newer for me, from another dealer. Almost exact everything except at the other dealer she got better warranty terms(no deductible) Purchased a Hyundai extended warranty 10 yr 120,000 mile for both Danbury Hyundai Price $2,495.00 with $100.00 deductible. Other Hyundai dealer $1,551.00 no deductible Purchased gap insurance for both Danbury Hyundai price $895.00 Other Hyundai dealer price $150.00 I inquired from the other dealer if these were special low prices..THEY ARE NOT.. She got a $50.00 discount on the warranty and paid standard price for gap. Danbury Hyundai had no explanation other to say we will not renegotiate. When we cancelled after we found out how much we were overcharged Danbury Hyundai based the amount they kept by calculating the pro rating on the overcharged prices even though if it cost them anything it was in what they pay which is the same if they overcharge or not. dON'T BELIEVE THESE NUMBERS? CALL OTHER DEALERS AND ASK FOR A QUOTE ON THE 10YR/120,000 MILE ZERO DEDUCTIBLE WRAP ON A NEW VEHICLE More

Bought a car at Danbury Hyundai in less than a month it died. Took 3 mo to get the car back. In between horrible communication from Danbury Hyundai.
