I’ve never had any prior contact with your service manager until this day. If he was unhappy with my service review why didn’t he reach out to me prior and find out what the issue was?This all came about the day I stopped in to show the service advisors what was happening with the car. I’ve had an issue with the turbo since the oil feed line was replaced by your dealership. It’s hard to duplicate the issue because the engine needs to be cold. I brought the car immediately over and spoke with Al. He was great and was able to get someone to look at the car. When I said to him I could have my boyfriend pick me up the service advisor called him out to the workshop. They evaluated the car and Al came out and explained the situation what was wrong. He said the service manager wanted to see me. When I went into his office he said he’d no longer be servicing my vehicle. When I asked why he said poor reviews. He wouldn’t elaborate any further and asked me to leave. I’ve never had any issues with The service department until this day which is what caught me totally off guard. If the review was such a big issue why did he not reach out to me to see what he could do to make it right? The most upsetting part is I spoke with your sales manager and he promised someone would call me back immediately I have yet to hear from anyone. I’m willing to resolve this if someone reached out to me.

Mike, there are many factors that go into a vehicle deal, including when a vehicle is purchased as the incentives can change radically from month to month. A Demo is sold as a new vehicle because it has never been registered so the buyer gets all the same benefits as someone who purchases new. We publish all our fees, including warranty pricing, on our website, and review all costs prior to any paperwork being signed. We hope you are happy with both your new vehicles. An easier way to contact me: contactmeb4ubuyhere@gmail.com ,as of today 1/15/21 they found a new way to take advantage of my wife. Because the gap and ext warranty were so overpriced she cancelled, They felt justified in taking the $75.00 cancellation fee for each and they reduced her refund/credit based on percentages of the inflated prices. In other words, they made money on the deal. More double talk from Danbury Hyundai. I do not see any warranty pricing or a schedule of fees on your website. I see you now are selling Zurich and not Hyundai add on warranties. If the warranty pricing is somewhere there where I missed it, tell me where to find it. Also please tell me where to find your fees on the website. So now can you tell me what factors were in play when you charged my wife $895.00 for the same gap insurance she paid $150.00, and you charged her$2495.00 for the same extended warranty she paid $1550.00 for when she purchased her second Tuscon. The prices she got on those items were not special deals, the $150.00 is the rack price and the warranty rack price is $1600.00. She had no idea she was being overcharged until she made her purchase at the other dealership so saying all paperwork is reviewed has no meaning. I have not dealt with anyone at your dealership that was up front and simply spoke the truth.

We're sorry that you had an engine issue so soon after purchase on this As Is vehicle, but it was our pleasure to provide a loaner for you while we repaired the issue. Generally, as was explained at delivery, we provide no warranty coverage on As Is vehicles once they leave the lot, but, as a gesture of good will, we were happy to assist.
