Then he took his time to describe the features and make sure I was comfortable with it. He encouraged me to think about it and to speak to my wife. He kept me up to date on the inventory and I felt very comfortable putting a deposit down to buy it the next day. Treatment of female spouse We have been waiting almost 3 weeks for $500 owed to us. As a 20 year customer of Hyundai, I can say this experience will turn me off for a long time. My spouse went into dealership to test drive a new Palisades, I told sales person we were NOT ready to purchase. My spouse was pressured to leave deposit. I called sales person back same day and told him, I was NOT purchasing the vehicle. He told me, he would take care of deposit. After talking to finance manage, who stated I would get from deposit back the day after our check cleared (which was 6/19/2020) and customer service executive, I still do not have my $500 deposit back. This started on June 18th?? More
