Bill Sabatini never contacted me. After additional effort on my part a woman named Susan called me. She was helpful, however my initial complaint still remains. It appears that either the company condones, or an employee of the company thinks it is acceptable, to ask customers to give highest ratings in exchange for free oil changes. I call this bribery. While I am committed to Kia until my car reaches 100,000 miles (at this time my car has 89,000 miles) I will likely never purchase a Kia again. I choose not to rate anyone or any experience except apparently YOU ARE FORCING ME TO DO SO in order to submit this form. More
