I highly recommend Danbury Kia. My husband and I looked at 5 dealerships in the area before we decided on getting a Kia. Nuno Miranda helped us and spent 2.5 hours showing me how to use the car after we bo at 5 dealerships in the area before we decided on getting a Kia. Dealing with this dealership was a very casual but professional experience. Nuno Miranda was extremely helpful in meeting my financial needs and went above and beyond by researching my insurance to lo professional experience. Nuno Miranda was extremely helpful in meeting my financial needs and went above and beyond by researching my insurance to lower my rates saved me approx $80 a month with same coverage on my bill. He responds quickly and happily to any questions I have even on his day off. Manny Gonzalez in finance was also very pleasant and helpful with my finances I would highly recommend this dealership and although I have only had my Sportage for a week which I LOVE I hope to have positive experiences in the future. Car towed in 7/22. They "got to it" on 7/28 and was told required new engine but covered by warranty but would take 1-1.5 weeks to complete. It is now 8/10 and have left 4 separate messages over 3 days for required new engine but covered by warranty but would take 1-1.5 weeks to complete.
