We understand this is distressing. The $135 was to diagnose the issue, this amount is deducted from the final bill, but the ductwork cleaning is additional. Our service advisor left a message for you, but you can also reach us at kiaservice@danburyauto.com.

No one called or left a message. I am still waiting for your call. Yes, you did the diagnoses but you were asked to let me know what service was needed before proceeding. I was told the car was ready and nothing else was needed. Please stop playing games. I don't have time for your foolishness.
