I have been a loyal customer of Danbury Kia for the past 7 years. I have time and again received great service at the location which is one of the main reasons I shop and service my vehicles at the dealers 7 years. I have time and again received great service at the location which is one of the main reasons I shop and service my vehicles at the dealership. However, dealing with Nuno and the manager Adam has deter me from ever going there again. The absolute poor customer service displayed by both was appalling. Rather than attempting to resolve a mistake made by their financial manager, they both simply decided to hang up on me and for me “to figure it out on my own.” More

I came in yesterday planning on buying a used forte. I met with Jeff and he was extremely helpful helping me look for different used fortes that had the best value. After we spoke for a bit he let me know met with Jeff and he was extremely helpful helping me look for different used fortes that had the best value. After we spoke for a bit he let me know it might be a better option to lease the car given I'm young and it would help me build my credit.
