Nuno Miranda was a great salesman, knowledgeable and polite. My experience at this dealership was a bit stressful as I spent 5 1/2 hrs. there. Amazing Experience I went in to see my options of turning in my older kia. Fermin greeted us at the front door and within minutes i could sense how knowledgeable he was I went in to see my options of turning in my older kia. Fermin greeted us at the front door and within minutes i could sense how knowledgeable he was about the cars he was selling. I felt very at ease ( can be a stressful time) with him and he explained everything I needed to know about my options. He didn't try to sell me something I could not afford and did everything in his power to get me in the car I wanted at a price the dealership and myself would be happy with. He actually knew the perfect car for me before I did! I have been a customer with Danbury Kia since about 2010, and this was hands down the best interaction I have had in 10 years. More
