Seems my review didn't upload yesterday. I will attempt to recapture the essence of my sentiments. Having difficulty clearing ice from my car in a parking lot following a freezing rain storm, a gentleman c to recapture the essence of my sentiments. Not sounding like a salesperson at all, I decided to follow up with Rich. I told him up front that I was in a difficult position. I was comfortable with his approach from the gitgo. Rich was understanding, reassuring and helpful. As a result I purchased a vehicle that I needed, and suitable for my needs. From the beginning he assured me that we would make it happen.
