Wonderful Experience I met Rich and he was extremely helpful. I needed a vehicle and I needed that day. He worked with me and my family who live out of town to get the vehicle we needed and wanted. We went in looking for a good used vehicle and Rich was able to locate one for us and it was just what we wanted. Rich along with John made it simply and easy to buy a car, especially when we did not live in the area. Rich was very professional, courteous and made buy a vehicle stress free. We didn't have to spend 6 or 8 hours in a dealership like I have in the past. Wonderful experience.I would recommend this dealership and Rich Tricolla to anyone in the Danbury area looking for a good and a friendly, helpful car dealer. More

Rich Trocolla - Best SalesPerson Ever Was at Danbury Kia today to buy my lease out on my 2017 Kia Sorento. Rich Trocolla was my original Sales Person so it made sense to go to him for this Was at Danbury Kia today to buy my lease out on my 2017 Kia Sorento. Rich Trocolla was my original Sales Person so it made sense to go to him for this buy out. I have to tell you, it was the easiest by far of any car transaction I have ever made. Met with Rich, he took care of everything that needed to be done in a timely, professional and courteous manner. It was such an easy process. No stress, no aggravation. I recommend Rich Trocolla to everyone - which I have. My daughter, daughter in law, son in law, friend and neighbor all are driving Kia's and they all love them. Very good at wiggling out of warranty.
