Didnt waste any time. I understand that sales is a lot of talking, a lot of trying to get you to buy something. And I get it; we all have a job to do. He called me after I sent an inquiry, set up a time to check out the car, got straight to the point, answered all questions as plainly as possible, and was patient and understanding as I tried to sort out the beaurocratic headache that is insurance. He followed up with everything, and was attentive and helpful from the time I arrived to the moment I drove away in a new car. If you want a dealer who will send you on a test drive with barely a word so they can stay at their desk then try and convince you to buy a car that they are asking 2k too much for, go to some of the places on rt 9 If you want a dealer who will explain everything, help you sort stuff out like registration and insurance, work with you to find a price that is both fair and reasonable, all while juggling 2 other sales, see Mike Barnett.
