What a super special salesman!!!!! I was anxious about buying a new car. I was met by Michael whom was courteous and he created an immediate trust factor with me as he calmed me and mad I was anxious about buying a new car. Michale answers all of my questions by being assertive in his communication and avoided any nonsensical information to dissuade me during this purchase.
