Any questions that I answered were then reasked to my boyfriend as if I haven't already given the answer- it had already been made clear that the car was mine and that he was there to assist with the downpayment but beyond that none of the decisions were his to make. Another Happy Customer I walked in with my lease ending knowing what I wanted and in the end I was content with what I walked out with. You really feel like you're working with friends who are looking out for you. I've had a horrible experience two cars ago at Napoli KIA where they were forcing me to take it or leave it. A very "it is what it is" attitude. Came over to Danbury and I've never felt that way at Danbury KIA. I drive almost an hour to their facility because it's worth the experience. The entire team from sales to service really take care of you and if that type of customer sevice and care continues I'll happily continue to lease with them. More
