I was expecting only a used car to replace the "deathtrap" I was currently driving, however, they listened to my story and worked extremely hard to find me the BEST deal! The follow up has been great and I'm so excited to be one of their customers! They all treated me like I was a member of their family which is truly a rarity. We had looked at other brand vehicles for a change of pace but I found myself back looking at the new 2019 Sorento. I walked into the dealership and was introduced to Erik. Starting with our introduction,, he was a pleasure to deal with. I informed him I was in no rush as we had a month remaining on our lease. He gave me several quotes, He did not pressure me, and said I am here whenever you decide you are ready. His patience paid off because after a follow up call from Erik, I returned two weeks after checking other SUV's out, After giving me a great price, he had the color and option package my wife wanted and we leased our new 2019 Sorento, which she loves! The dealership gave us a great price but it was Erik's personality, experience and follow up that swayed us to lease another Sorento from the dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend family & friends to Erik if they are looking to purchase /lease a new Kia. Erik is a Rock Star!! More
