We are proabably not their favorite customer as we are strapped for money and can’t come in and drop thousands on a new car. My plan was to do a detailed comparison of what vehicle options were available in my price range and make a decision after my homework was complete. The team at Kia Danbury managed to make my first stop my last. They did it the old fashioned way - they made me an offer I couldn't refuse or better put, didn't want to refuse. They listened to what I telling them I wanted, they were persuasive without being pushy and the icing on cake was that they have a great product to sell. All in all, this was a five star buying experience from a great team and I would recommend them without reservation. More

Lifesaving help I had a 2 year old Kia, but when my 23 year old son was diagnosed with cancer my mind was elsewhere. I did not service the car and seized the engine. Really disappointed in this place I had a very bad interaction with the manager, let's call him "S." He literally told us to leave, while we disagreed about a $500 difference in the tr I had a very bad interaction with the manager, let's call him "S." He literally told us to leave, while we disagreed about a $500 difference in the trade in price. The dealership was advertising (in big bold banners, plastered all over the building) $4,000 minimum trade ins, even if you had to tow it in. Well, we agreed on a price (5% above dealer cost, based on the invoice they supplied) ... but they low-balled our trade in to $2,500 (a Kia Sportage, by the way, that KBB puts at $4,000.) He even said "Are you willing to lose this car over $500!?" HA! Are you kidding me? Who says that? "S" took one look at our final offer and told us "to go someplace else" ... never have my wife and I been treated so rudely and dismissively in a car dealership. He was angry and pissed and it showed in his behavior and attitude. Really, really surprised. Totally taken aback by the treatment at this dealership. We walked out in total disbelief. Never again. We ended up going to East Hartford Kia, where we were treated with respect. PS Adam was our sales guy, and he was awesome. I felt bad leaving, because we were ready to deal. His boss killed it. More
