I came in on 8/30 for a recall appointment. I also had two other issues I needed to address. I had an issue with my screen going black sporadically while driving to the point that my back up ca I also had two other issues I needed to address. I had an issue with my screen going black sporadically while driving to the point that my back up camera, using the touch screen, etc does not work. I also had an issue with a “Check AWD / 4WD” alert popping up. After my recall was done, I was told the screen issue was fixed and that a part was needed for the AWD/4WD issue. I was told it would take about a week, that permission for the part was needed first, but it shouldn’t take that long. As soon as I drove away the screen issue continued to happen. I immediately called my service person, Dan. He did not answer. I then texted the number he texted me from at the beginning of my appointment. I never got a response. 3 weeks goes by and I have not heard from anyone from Kia service. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor/manager MULTIPLE times. Each time the woman would “transfer” me and I NEVER got through to someone. I would call and ask for Dan and I would get the same exact thing, “transfer” and no response. I would call immediately after being “transferred” and NO one would answer from service. Finally after being completely FED up with being IGNORED, I called my SALES person, Jose. He immediately walked over to service. He spoke to Dan (who I just called 3 times in a row minutes before, but there was no answer from him) and Dan told him the part wasn’t in yet. The fact that my sales person is the one who communicated to me what the hold up was 3 weeks after my initial appointment is absolutely ridiculous. Almost 2 months after my appointment on 8/30 I have still not heard from anyone in service. Again, I called repeatedly asking for a manager and or Dan and would never get a response. I was ignored purposely. Finally I get in touch with Dan who pretended he had no idea about the situation and barely apologized. He told me the part was still back ordered. I asked again where the communication was and got the run around response but still no apology. The part finally came in and I received a text to call to make an appointment. I made the appointment for the part and to address my screen issue that I still had. I made the appointment for first thing in the morning 7:45 to be exact. I left my car the night before. The day of my appointment it was 3:30 and I still hadn’t heard that my car was ready. I call service and the woman “transferred” me to Dan. I was on hold for over 10 minutes and no answer. I immediately call back and no answer from anyone. I call AGAIN and the woman answers again and asked what I was calling about. I told her my car has been there since last night and I haven’t heard that it’s ready yet. She looks into it and tells me “it will be ready by end of day or tomorrow morning” I told her absolutely not put Dan on the phone. Dan then answers his phone and tells me the part is done it was the update on the screen they were waiting on. I was told it would take 4 hours for the update and my car was in the appointment since 7:45 AM so by almost 4, it should have been done. Again there was NO communication- I had to call over and over again to find out what was going on with my car. I told Dan this and said there was no communication and he told me he only communicates when the car is finished. I wound up picking up my car after hours and I spoke with Fernando and Mike Devine who were very apologetic, which they shouldn’t have been since it isn’t their department. They were so nice and agreed with everything I said about the service department being an issue. They said they are aware of how service is a complete mess. After all of this, THE SCREEN ISSUE IS STILL HAPPENING. I am so beyond frustrated about this entire situation. Your service department is rude, UNPROFESSIONAL, and was a huge waste of my time. I will NEVER come back. I would rather go out of my way to another Kia. I will also never recommend your service department. Since I have ne More

I had planned to buy out the lease which would've ended by end of month. So with time to kill I would challenge my assumptions and considered alternative solutions. Brian was not only understanding but helped compare/contrast options and talked through each one with pro/con. Ultimately I decided to trade-in, he made the price work out (lower than current payment; newer car), and was enjoyable and trusting throughout. Best experience at a dealership; 10/10. More
