My experience was excellent. I waited for my car and the waiting room was clean and neat. My service person Daniel was knowledgeable and polite, I was seen immediately. Worst dealer I have ever experienced. Refused to hold the car for a matter of hours, claimed they no longer had that model available and could only sell us the more expensive model.
