Took my car in for an oil change and got it back with engine light on. Didn't notice until I left the dealership. Called the dealership and took the car back. They did a diagnotic and said it needed a c engine light on. Didn't notice until I left the dealership. Called the dealership and took the car back. They did a diagnotic and said it needed a catalytic converter. This was on the 17th. Spoke to them on the 20th about getting the part and repairing the car. Here we are on the 27th and my efforts of calling them to get status has been met with my calls being place in music hold with no one coming back to pickup the call. Being transferred to mailbox that cannot accept messages. I tried hanging up and calling them four times and got the same treatment. I finally used my business phone and they pickup right a way with an actual person responding. When I gave her information about what I wanted I was asked my name and put back into music hold. I stayed in music hold for over five minutes and then hung up. Absolutely xxxxty service. The service here was not the greatest but now it's even worst. No option for "0" rating, so gave 1 star..
