Over a recent weekend, I had a problem with my certified used BMW 328i while on business calls. Three of my four doors would not unlock, nor would the doors open. It was embarrassing because my passenger and I were forced to enter and exit the vehicle via the driver's side door, and on one instance we had to climb in through the window. Being a busy businessperson, I stopped by Daniels BMW the following Monday afternoon while in the area. When I explained my problem, one service person told me to talk to a person behind the counter. The person behind the counter told me to talk to a service person. When I expressed my frustration, the person behind the counter took me to see Eric Taglioli. I could tell that Eric was busy, and it appeared that they were not taking any more service calls because it was close to the end of the workday. However, Eric immediately recognized that I needed help, as I could not continue operating the vehicle if the doors would not open. He scheduled my vehicle for immediate service. Eric offered me coffee and a snack, which was much appreciated. It took only an hour to diagnose and fix the problem caused by a fuse. Eric had the car cleaned. His decision to allow me to have immediate service rather than wait several days for an appointment was the right one. I am very pleased with Eric and Daniels BMW as a whole. More
This dealership deserves it's 5 star rating. The sales staff is professional and fair, and the service is the best I have ever experienced. I can't think of any constructive criticism, rare these days in any business! I would most certainly recommend this dealership to anyone who has high expectations. More

From the level of knowledge that they have about my car to the care and courtesy that goes into the overall experience, I always leave Daniels happier that I went and confident that my beamer is going to be just fine. I live in NH and was in PA for training and on my last day of training my starter went on my BMW Convertible. I was quite distressed being 320 miles from home with no tow service or AAA. I found Daniels day of training my starter went on my BMW Convertible. I was quite distressed being 320 miles from home with no tow service or AAA. I found Daniels BMW online and called and got Debbie, she went out of her way to call the Tow Company as I was quite upset still. The tow truck came and I was greeted by Debbie with a big hug,she told Joe one of their finest Service Advisors what the situation was and that I needed to get home that night. It was about 3:45pm on a Friday and the dealership closes at 5pm on Fridays. Joe got 3 techs to stay and he stayed as well...Joe brought us up to get some dinner while we waited..and they got the job done in about 2.5 hours. The service people and technicians are the friendliest, most honest and attentive ca but the service department at this dealership is to die for. The service people and technicians are the friendliest, most honest and attentive car people I have ever encountered, so much so that I own two beemers. I cannot say enough, when compared with every other dealership and service department I have had dealings with (I'm 56) Daniels is in a class by themselves. More
