I brought my 2025 CR-V EX-L in for its first scheduled complimentary servicing and was met timely by my servicing rep. Jordan was polite, pleasant, and efficient, and went over everything clearly. I was also having additional options installed; roof rails which had been purchased at the time the car was purchased but were not in stock, and cross rails. He took the time to show me how they would look on a CR-V which already had them installed, and went over the pricing for the cross rails. While I was waiting I was sent a video of the inspection which was done, including the summary. The waiting area was clean, and stocked with coffee, water, and snacks, including fresh baked cookies! There were also plenty of outlets, including usb/c ports, for electronics. When the servicing was done, Jordan went over the invoice item by item, and there was no issue honoring the IOU for the roof rails, even though it was over a year old. The whole process was great, including the complimentary car wash! I will be bringing my car back for all future servicing; thanks Darrell Waltrip Honda of Franklin, TN, and Jordan! More
