We do have many customers that have and continue to frequent our dealership and service department and we do have mostly good review. We however do like everywhere else sometimes have bad experiences as well so when we do we like to try to reach out and see what we can do to make those visits right. We appreciate any and all feedback as it allows us to get better both good and bad. We did forward your review along to our service manager so he can reach out to you about your experience and hopefully you will be willing to take his call so that we can try and do what we can to correct our issues and make future visits better for other guests as well.
