Mine was a service visit for routine maintenance, so it was a fairly uncomplicated visit. Still, I appreciate well communicated visit to the service center (that's key in simple or more involved maintenanc was a fairly uncomplicated visit. I did not get the in-service video that I got on previous visits and I found I kind of missed that. If I were getting more involved maintenance/repairs I'd really want video showing me real-time the worn part(s) and such. Simply put, I would really want that openness of communication. As it was, I didn't "need" that communication so not getting it didn't really detract from the service for me. All in all, I give my experience a 5 of 5 as there were no miscommunications/misunderstandings, the timing of the service was well communicated, and basic/general expectations of next service (unless something goes off the rails in the interim) was clear. Not having an oddly confrontational communication is always welcome (and I feel like many of us have had that, in various service contact instances (not necessarily auto service related)). All in all I was fully satisfied with my experience and I appreciated the opportunity for a free exterior wash at the end. More
