I entered the sales floor and was immediately warmly greeted by Jorge. I explained I needed a sales person who was the least pressuring and most honest. He promptly brought to me Feras, who is everything Jorge promised me! A warm and friendly man and a great listener! I was in the market for a newer used CRV. I have to hand it to my sales person, Feras Abdelhad who listened carefully to everything I wanted in a vehicle and everything I did not want. He went to work on the computer before my eyes and showed me several choices. Together we narrowed it down to the one. I test drove it and decided I wanted it. He worked hard to accommodate everything that fit my budget and did not pressure me in any way. He even took time before I drove away to show me how to work many of the electronic features I was unfamiliar with. My 2005 CRV had none of these features! Ha! So this was a brand new to me and somewhat intimidating for me to learn about the operation of a screen, etc. Feras walked me through the whole thing! So if you go to Darryll Waltrip Honda looking for a new or used car, give a shout out for Feras! He will find just what you want! Also very helpful to me was Kevin in explaining a few details of the transaction, and Michael Mayo in sealing up the deal with the paperwork.
