I had a good experience with Quanda. Quanda was one of the nicest and honest salesman I've ever met. I was disappointed not having the manual for the car. Especially finding out the oil was low and there wasn't any windshield washing fluid in the car. It makes me wonder if anything was checked. I don't blame Quanda, I would give him a 5 star but as for the so called pre certified, I don't think anyone checked anything on this car. More

Quanda showed me a used Honda Civic for my son before it was ready to show. Not sure if he was suppose show the car before going through insepection and cl showed me a used Honda Civic for my son before it was ready to show.
