When we got to the dealership he was with another customer and handed us off to Dani Johnson. Dani turned out to be a super star. She was very easy to work with and made the process fairly seamless. Her customer service is elite and she has a natural calmness about her that made the normally frustrating process almost enjoyable. The gentleman in the finance office was also very easy to work with. He explained things very clearly and succinctly. He answered our questions and eased our concerns.
