The salesman Joe Bauman was incredible. Joe was the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with and that turned into the best car buying experience I have ever had. He was professional and did not hesitate to stay after hours to make the sale. It was 10 minutes till closing time and he still let me test drive the car ( I promised I would be back in 2 minutes and I was)! He was awesome!!! I felt very comfortable working with him, not rushed, very personable, always had a smile, and extremely nice!!!! I have purchased a few high end cars (ie: new acura MDX)and I thought no one could come close to the service I received there and by my surprise, Joe has surpassed my expectations for Dave Arbogast dealership and even though I was purchasing a used 2001 Cadillac he treated us like royalty. I hope I get the opportunity to purchase another vehicle from Dave Arbogast Dealership , and work with only Joe Bauman! I just wanted to tell you about the fantastic buying experience I had at your dealership. I was not looking forward to the experience of buying a new vehicle, but TJ Johnston and Ryan Rehl changed my mi experience I had at your dealership. I was not looking forward to the experience of buying a new vehicle, but TJ Johnston and Ryan Rehl changed my mind. I was not sure what type of car I was looking for and I was lucky enough to have TJ as my sales person. I told him what I wanted in my car and he was able to guide me in the right direction. I never felt any type of pressure or rush to hurry up and decide. He was very informative and had a great sense of humour!!!!!! After choosing the car I wanted, I then had the pleasure of meeting Ryan Rehl. I was working on re-building my credit after a divorce. I knew that my credit score was not at its best, but Ryan treated me with respect and I never once felt ashamed or embarassed. Did I mention that he too had a great sense of humour. John's the best. Realy only whanted a used camper and by the end of the week left with a used truck and car and the most imortant thing we came for the used camper. Our salesman went out of his way to help us with our purchase. When we first went to look at the vehicle listed it was closing time, yet he unlocked the door, and took all of our information. The vehicle was out for detailing at that time but he told us that he would make sure the vehicle would be held for us to have first dibs at even though we would not be able to make it for another day and a half. When we did come to see the vehicle, he had it out and ready for us. We did find it to be one of the better ones we had looked at. However, we were concerned because all of them seemed to have an oil slick located on the same spot on the underbelly of the car. After helping us to look any information up on it that we could via the internet, he was able to arrange to have it put on a hoist for us to look under. In the end it turned out that it was because of the oil filter location and that everthing was dry. He let us mull all things over very patiently betwen my husband and myself, let us crawl in and out of trying to get the feel for travelers in the back seat as well as the front. All in all, it was one of the better experiences that I have ever had at a dealership. There was no pressure we felt for him, he pretty much let the vehicle speak for itself, and when it came to talking price, again, no added pressure. We had a bottom line we were trying to meet, and he helped us to make that happen. I would happily recommend anyone in seach of a vehicle new or used to Joe Bauman at Dave Arbogast, Troy Ohio. More
