Our salesman went out of his way to help us with our purchase. When we first went to look at the vehicle listed it was closing time, yet he unlocked the door, and took all of our information. The vehicle was out for detailing at that time but he told us that he would make sure the vehicle would be held for us to have first dibs at even though we would not be able to make it for another day and a half. When we did come to see the vehicle, he had it out and ready for us. We did find it to be one of the better ones we had looked at. However, we were concerned because all of them seemed to have an oil slick located on the same spot on the underbelly of the car. After helping us to look any information up on it that we could via the internet, he was able to arrange to have it put on a hoist for us to look under. In the end it turned out that it was because of the oil filter location and that everthing was dry. He let us mull all things over very patiently betwen my husband and myself, let us crawl in and out of trying to get the feel for travelers in the back seat as well as the front. All in all, it was one of the better experiences that I have ever had at a dealership. There was no pressure we felt for him, he pretty much let the vehicle speak for itself, and when it came to talking price, again, no added pressure. We had a bottom line we were trying to meet, and he helped us to make that happen. I would happily recommend anyone in seach of a vehicle new or used to Joe Bauman at Dave Arbogast, Troy Ohio. More
