We live in Minnesota and required an AWD vehicle. We were looking in Minnesota just before the Japanese earthquake. I couldn't find one locally but I found one at Dave Arbogast on the internet. Since it was many miles away (more than 600 miles) from us, we couldn't go see it easily. We read the free Carfax Arbogast provided online. We also looked at the many pictures and description of the vehicle. I then read a number of reviews on DealerRater. We ended up buying the car sight unseen after talking with Brian "Buck" Buxton over the phone. Buck was very honest and upfront about the vehicle and his review were all positive online. Buck (and Mike from finance) made the whole process go smoothly. They even arranged transportation of the vehicle to our home with a reputable transport service! The documentation was sent via overnight UPS and a return address was included. We went and signed the documents and had them notorized. We were nervous about spending so much money without inspecting the car but once it arrived, we were shocked. It was like new inside and the exterior was clean and without dings or scratches. The car was much nicer than we looked at or could have afforded to purchase here in Minnesota. We now have several weeks with the vehicle and I can say we couldn't be happier with it. I appreciate the honesty and friendliness of Buck and Mike along with the rest of the Arbogast staff. One doesn't expect such service at a car dealership. After our purchase, we even received a couple of follow-up phone calls to make sure everything went well.
