Kevin was great to work with. He was friendly and genuine. The doors were always opened for us as we walked into the office and we were always asked if we needed any help. Since my grand-daughter would be making her own payments, I needed to find something in her price range. I told Joe what she could afford and he found the perfect car. She was not with me so I asked Joe if he would hold the car until the next day and I would bring her with me so she could see if she liked the car. When we arrived, Joe had the car already cleaned and, since it was a cold day, he also had it warmed up and ready for a test drive. My grand-daughter loved it. We made the deal. I contacted Joe on Wednesday and stopped by the dealership on Thursday with very limited time, Joe worked with me as quickly as possible as I was on a tight schedule and he then contacted me with all the information I needed to decide to drive straight back to the dealership and pick up my new jeep.
