We bought an "as is" vehicle, that promptly broke down the next day. Even though it was sold "as is", "no warranty", John arranged to have the car analyzed at no expense to me. It was then determined tha the next day. Even though it was sold "as is", "no warranty", John arranged to have the car analyzed at no expense to me. It was then determined that the car had a serious engine problem. My heart sank. HOWEVER, John and the sale manager offered to buy back that car fully! And then found another car that suited us, for a little extra money. I know they did the morally right thing for me, and I appreciate that very much. Some dealers would not have done that. So - I will be sending prospective buyers to Arbogast! This is why I give John and Arbogast top marks! More
