Got my quotes and then contacted the dealership and began exchanging messages several times until I was satisfied on what I might be buying and price. Kyle (and sales manager, Kevin Hampton) got me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted to pay....no finagling or heavy-handed sales tactic upon my arrival at the dealership. I purchased the vehicle -- happy with the price and trade-in offer on my old vehicle. 2nd day after I took delivery I had a problem (MY FAULT - NOT THE DEALERSHIP'S or CHEVROLET'S) and they helped me out of a jam -- right rear tire hit a pothole and damaged the sidewall. They helped with towing and a new tire and gave me great price. Kevin helped me understand the vehicle and it's operation - answered questions before, during & after the sale.
