The service was done well, however, instead of calling to advise that our vehicle service was complete, an email was sent at 4:20pm. Our cell phone number was left with the service advisor and the advisor c advise that our vehicle service was complete, an email was sent at 4:20pm. Our cell phone number was left with the service advisor and the advisor confirmed the number. However, no phone call was made to advise service was complete. Rather than being able to pick our vehicle up that evening, we had to wait until the next morning. More
