Clay told me there was good news and there was bad news. The good news was I didn’t pay for it and the bad news is I don’t get it. Please keep in mind that the window sticker said I did pay for it. I did email and picture of it to the service manager. This is very poor salesman ship. There was paper on how he done that I did not fill out and it was filled out by someone other than myself. Would that be considered falsifying documentation? I am more than willing to talk with any manager that would like to call. Please fix this for the next person. More
