Very pleased with the Service Rep who took care of me; I had called in on the previous day to make an appointment to have my car serviced. When I showed up there was no record of my appointment or time slo had called in on the previous day to make an appointment to have my car serviced. When I showed up there was no record of my appointment or time slot. I was told that I had called into a Call Center, not the actual Service Dept. But the Service Writer said he would take care of me; the service on the car was preformed and I was on my way in a little more than an hour. Great job on the part of all the Service Dept. More

we broke down with a crack in the radiator. ..called Scott at 4:45pm, asked if they could help at all...he said get here as quickly as possible and we'll see what we can do...they had the part i ..called Scott at 4:45pm, asked if they could help at all...he said get here as quickly as possible and we'll see what we can do...they had the part in overnight, fixed vehicle and had us back on the road by 10:30am the next day...and the price was very reasonable...very happy customer More
