I had massive work done on my 2003 GMC Sierra 4WD pickup truck. I bought my truck at Dave Kirk 22 years ago and it has been a jewel. Never left me stranded. Only brake lines replaced 8 yrs ago and a few truck. I bought my truck at Dave Kirk 22 years ago and it has been a jewel. Never left me stranded. Only brake lines replaced 8 yrs ago and a few routine items. But it was time to address aging belts, hoses, u joints, worn drive shaft bushings, leaking transfer case, etc. I just wanted it to last me the rest of my life…I’m 82. It only has 182,400 miles on it, very clean inside and out. Kevin, Fritz, John And Joe all played a part in my very excellent outcome. Fritz, my service agent, was outstanding. Total effort to communicate and keep me up on the progress in spite of unexpected shop illnesses and emergency fixes for stranded travelers needing help. Dave Kirk, if he is still around and in charge, should know he has an excellent team in the service department! More
