2006 NISSAN PATHFINDER PURCHASED IN 2013 FROM YOU. MY NAME IS TODD ALEXANDER AND MY WIFE JOLINE ALEXANDER AND I PURCHASED A 2006 NISSAN PATHFINDER VIN#5N1AR18W06C636624 FROM YOUR USED CAR LOT. WE JUST MY NAME IS TODD ALEXANDER AND MY WIFE JOLINE ALEXANDER AND I PURCHASED A 2006 NISSAN PATHFINDER VIN#5N1AR18W06C636624 FROM YOUR USED CAR LOT. WE JUST HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH OUR VEHICLE. THE RADIATOR LINES CONNECTED TO THE TRANSMISSION LEAKED INTO THE TRANSMISSION AND CAUSED IT TO GO OUT. WE PAID $4510.00 TO HAVE OUR VEHICLE FIXED. WE CONTACTED NISSAN AND THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY SAFETY ADMINISTRATION TO FIND OUT THAT THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THE PATHFINDERS AND THERE IS A POSSIBLE PENDING RECALL. NISSAN STATED TO US THAT THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF THIS VEHICLE SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED AN EXTENDED WARRANT IN REFERENCE TO THIS PROBLEM OF THE RADIATOR HOSE LEAKING INTO THE TRANSMISSION. I STATED TO NISSAN THAT WE WERE NOT AWARE OF THIS SITUATION AND THEY STATED SINCE WE HAD OUR VEHICLE FIXED BY AN INDEPENDANT MECHANIC THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD HELP US WITH. IM SENDING THIS REVIEW TO YOU SINCE WE PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP AND WE PLAN LEGAL ACTION TO RECOUP OUR MONEY FOR THIS DESIGN FLAW IN THE NISSAN PATHFINDER. More

I travel for business and work long hours, I didn't want to spend time on a phone call or be bugged by a sale person. The whole reason to have a "Internet Sales" is to target the customers who want to avoid the phone sales and the pressure of the showroom. Every other dealership emailed me back and said, call me!! Joe was the only one who did it right, we exchanged emails for about a week to settle the details, then I arranged a date to pick up the new car!!
