Now I have to send a special request to AHFC to amend the paperwork to add my son as TOD to keep this vehicle out of Probate should anything happen to both my wife and me at the same time. once I receive a response from AHFC, I have to go back to the Department Of Revenue to have the Title amended. Perhaps the Finance person can remember to ask the customer if they wish to designate a person. This should be done on all future car sales by St. Louis Honda to other customers to save them from this paperwork hassle. More

From the moment I walked in late on a Saturday stating I didn't have much time, would not be buying that day and just wanting a very quick test drive to bring the car home so my wife could look at it, Gina didn't have much time, would not be buying that day and just wanting a very quick test drive to bring the car home so my wife could look at it, Gina gave me the keys to a 2013 CRV with a smile and told me to let her know when I get back. After the drive she gave me her card and said to call her if I needed anything. I came back on Monday night to look at the car again (after negotiating online during the day on Monday between 3 Honda dealerships), with Gina getting me the best price by about $100. I didn't close on Monday (through no fault of Gina or STL Honda) but came back on Wednesday night asking for ONE MORE test drive before I signed the papers. STL Honda and Gina's response was "We want to be sure you love your Honda" and let me go out one more time. I came back and was ready to sign -- all with no hassle or pressure to close until i was ready. Would highly recommend STL Honda and Gina (not to mention the CRV) to anyone -- in fact I already have.
