Although our most important priority is ensuring our customers’ satisfaction during and after the sale, we regret that after our multiple attempts to reach out to you after your purchases in January and February of this year, we were unable to obtain any private feedback to our management company’s Customer Relations department that would indicate that your experience with us was anything less than satisfactory. Our Honda store, along with all other Mungenast Automotive Family businesses, operate by what Dave Mungenast, Sr. called “The Platinum Rule”, which tells all employees to treat our customers the way in which they would like to be treated, and it’s how we’ve done business in St. Louis since 1965. We are, and will remain committed to each and every one of our customers’ complete satisfaction with the experience they have in any of our stores, regardless of whether they ultimately purchase with us. The allegations contained in your review of our store strongly oppose the way we train our employees to conduct themselves, and executive management has been notified of them.
