I will never return to this dealership or recommend this dealership to anyone. Long story short but bought used civic which had multiple issues and after I purchased it, had to be returned 3 times within 30 dealership to anyone. Long story short but bought used civic which had multiple issues and after I purchased it, had to be returned 3 times within 30 days for issues so decided to return period and get another used Honda civic in which I had to do the leg work and was lied to. Long long story, but.... The salesperson ( Gary kinder) text me from day 1 before we ever met about the used civic and not to mention text the entire time after I got to dealership and even after I purchased and was in parking lot with questions and had to even ask him if he thought he could stop texting long enough to answer my questions. Then when I cont to have multiple problems with vehicle I was told in a text ( and still have the text) my name is not on this building. That's professional HUH? Lol... Anyway then a Tim faracie ( manager) took over the issues and needless to say he was as professional as the sales guy and made it look like I was a big hassle, rolling a few times, and sighing. Many excuses as to why the water pump was changed but not the timing belt and it all comes in same kit and it was in comp that timing belt was not changed but tim assured me it was. well im a nurse and if not charted NOT DONE! Good question HUH? That's only tip of the iceberg. After numerous hours and aggravation, and having to come back 2-3 times once bring my bf and other time bring my brother because I did not feel comfortable going by myself which is terrible. Said had clean car fax but after getting home could tell car had Been rear ended as trunk was not flesh, water pump went out, brakes were bad and had to be changed, needed an alignment,issue with bushings, key would not properly fit in ignition half time ( and they made up excuses for most or made me feel like i was crazy) all within 3 wks of course all noticed after I got home . It was a nightmare! Tim assured me that mr Mungenast was well aware of all these issues and the nice text the salesman sent me RE " his name wasnt on building" my reply: not it is not, but I can assure u, I will talk to the name on that building and of course that stopped all communication. I have yet to call and report but plan to. Never go to Mungenast Honda if ur smart! More
We thoroughly enjoyed the purchasing of our 2013 Pilot from Mungenast St. Louis Honda. We were greeted as soon as we walked into the dealership by a very friendly young lady. I went to St Louis Honda to do a test drive and get a price to shop at another local Honda dealer (that we had used before) and never ended up going to the other dealership. I was very pleased with Rob C price to shop at another local Honda dealer (that we had used before) and never ended up going to the other dealership. I was very pleased with Rob Carroll, my salesperson. He was friendly and supportive without being pushy. I would (and will) recommend both Rob and St Louis Honda to friends and family who are in the market for new or used cars. More

Gina was absolutely fantastic to work with! She was extremely friendly and pleasant and unintimidating to negotiate with. My concern when I go shopping for a car (especially as a woman) is that most dealers aren't interested in helping me out and are only trying to make a quota for themselves. She really pushed to help get us to the price we were willing to pay without argument or intimidation. I wish all car service reps were as pleasant as her and Joe! I will definitely be recommending her and Joe to anyone in the area looking for a Honda. I am very satisfied with the quality and deal we received on my CR V! My old dealership sold out to another dealership about two years ago and I was not satisfied with Background: I have a twelve year old Honda Civic. My old dealership sold out to another dealership about two years ago and I was not satisfied with the treatment received at the new dealership. So I searched for another dealership: Web reviews, Better Business Bureau, and friends reviews. Found St Louis Mungenast Honda. But Mungenast Honda still had to prove themselves to me. I just wanted good, honest, professional and friendly service. Previously I had completed all oil changes and scheduled tune ups and services. However, Hondas are really good cars and I had not spent very much on replacing parts and I knew, after ten years, I would have to start spending some bucks. This is why I recommend this dealership: Over the last two years, Mungenast Honda service included replacing the brake pads (for the first time),fixing oil leaks, and the 100,000 mile service. During each visit Service Advisor Chris Taylor always greets me, reviews all work needed, supplies me with any coupons and answers ALL my questions regarding price and what is needed to maintain my Honda. We also review after the work is done. So during these last three years, because of Chris Taylor, and the wonderful Service department and Body Shop, have come to trust this dealership. Also love the many amenities included, such as doughnuts, free car washes, loaner cars and a shuttle service for drop offs and pickups while you wait. This is a 5 star experience. More
