This was my first time buying a new car and it was due to unfortunate circumstances. I was in a hit-and-run accident that totalled my car. The experience was pleasant from the very beginning. Rob was extremely helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciated. We test drove a Fit and I decided to buy one that was already on the lot. While I was waiting, Rob checked on me frequently and even brought me something to eat for lunch. Everyone was really excited to be involved in my first new car purchase. Once everything was ready, Rob took me back into the office and bought me a key chain to congratulate me on buying my first new car. It was a really nice gesture.
